National Literacy Trust - Card to the Bard auction - BID NOW

I'm so proud to have been invited by the National Literacy trust to contribute Shakespeare themed artwork for a charity auction.

The Card to the Bard auction celebrates the life and work of Shakespeare on the 400th year since his death.

A number of celebrities, actors, authors, poets and artists have also contributed designs, including Julie Walters, Emma Thompson, sculptor Antony Gormley, and Steve Pemberton (of The League of Gentlemen and Benidorm)

Bidding is open now, and closes Wednesday 5 October at 19:30.  All proceeds go to the National Literacy Trust, a charity dedicated to raising literacy levels in some of the most disadvantaged areas across the UK.  They work with children, young people, and families to equip them with the literacy skills they need to succeed in life.

Here are my 4 designs, each featuring a Shakespeare quote.  Click on the image to make a bid!

Honey-heavy dew of slumber

Though she be but little, she is fierce

One touch of nature makes the whole world kin

Bedazzzled
